If this is your very first renewal of your Sales Associate OR Broker license for Florida, you must complete the required post license course, NOT the continuing education course.

28-hr Reactivation Course for both Sales Associates & Brokers
If this is not your first renewal and a subsequent renewal of your Sales Associate or Broker Florida real estate license, and your license is involuntary inactive for over 12 months but less than 24 months, you are required to successfully take the 28-Hour Re-activation Course before your license goes past 24 months of being involuntary inactive. If your license goes involuntary inactive for over 24 months, your license will become "Null And Void."
